My real only 2 complanits about my stay here are, 1 being constantly like followed and harrased by our service concierge angelica who kept asking me on multiple occasions to go to a "breakfast meeting and tour of the resort" when really what it is, is similar idea to a time share program and in exchange you get a discount on off resourt excursions with a tour operator. I have no problem with resorts offering this but to not be upfront about it right off the start and the like 3 previous occasions of me.saying i wasn't intrested thats what bugged me the most. And after staying at the villa location in cancun and getting a spare kot brought in no charge at thay resort amd then being charged $150usd i found to be something that should be included as it was at the other location. Otherwise food was good at all the restaurants, drinks excellent as well and all the resort staff where friendly,helpful and always took whatever extra steps to make your stay enjoyable.

We have stayed at many resorts in Cabo, but Villa del Palmar is our favorite. Every time we try new place we are always disappointed and go back to Villa del Palmar for our next vacation. We are finished trying to shop around. Villa del Palmar is the best and our go to every time.

Nice resort for the price. They have lots of options for things to do that you can buy right from the resort. Signing a piece of paper after every meal/drink is quite annoying. The wifi was also down my entire trip due to reasons they wouldnt say. But the location is great, the resort is nice and very close to downtown cabo.

Food was good, we made a reservation at farm to table. It took an extremely long time to get anything food or drink, and the food was not very good. Also ordering drinks took a little longer than it should have need a few more bartenders. Other than that everything was excellent

I was told there is no upgrades and the staff at check in was rude i was also trying to get a king size bed they said they only had queen, but it was not a Queen it was a double bed The store on site was very expensive paying a 8-dollar exchange rate

According to hotel staff, the system was hacked a week before our arrival. No internet, no Wi-Fi and management did not bother letting us know when we could cancel and change hotel. Nobody apologized for the inconvenience. We spent a lot of money in roaming charges. We decided to change the hotel before the end of our stay and now I want a refund of the days we did not stay as the hotel did not fulfill the promise of Wi-Fi
