We had such a great stay here. The staff were all great the atmosphere was awesome! We showed up Nov 29 and there were Christmas decorations already up, this was a huge plus for us! Then it got better, on Dec 1 there was the lighting of the tree event. They had a cool grinch performance which blew our minds at how amazing it was and the dancers were great! Santa and the grinch were there too. Our toddler had an amazing time! not to mention the kids pool area with water slides. Looking forward to coming again next year to relive these cool experiences. Gracias Royal Solaris!

Most staff, like housekeeping (Janet) and servers of food, were wonderful. The reception was very good and provided us with a dinner reservation at Marco Polo as it was our 25th anniversary. Its uncomfortable into committing to a long meeting regarding gold membership upon arrival. The location is good as there are nice restaurants across the street. Escape the buffet at Claro’s Fish Co. or to Drinking Time (great service, great food, very cold beer). Definitely would never return as a non-member as the pandering to this group is obvious and offensive. Management doesn’t reinforce the no reserving lounge chairs rule at all even though there are signs up. Numerous chairs at both pools were reserved and not occupied before 1PM. The all-inclusive restaurants anre almost impossible to book unless you want to eat at 9pm as members can book restaurants 2 days in advance and non-members can only book same day. I booked at 3AM for our final night at Pancho at 7pm. Indicated no dairy on their options. Our waiter has no idea what a dairy restriction are. He said we could have a salad and pull the cheese off. Our coffee maker in our room quit working. I called reception to have it replaced. We waited 2 hours and still no coffee maker. The next day the same thing. The jet tub and loungers on our balcony was a drawing feature for us. When we tried to use the jet tub, the water only trickled out and then stopped. One of our lounger chairs was broken. Never again to Royal Solaris.

We have stayed here many times and love the facilities. The only I would consider is softer beds the mattress was far to firm. And more chicken options. Hard to find something for my family to eat with chicken

Service was superb! Captain Miguel , Captain Mayra, David, Antonio, Liliana and Vilchis have superior public relations skills and are very methodical when rendering service. They pay great attention to detail. Smiles from all of them. Due to these efforts, it made our stay very enjoyable and entertaining. We will be back next year and these may tip the scale when rendering a decision to rebook at this property. Please work on modernizing the property and Flora areas. It allows for pleasant walk and or relax near a shade while sipping a cup of coffee in the early morning. I also ask that the shows be advertised, as it presents an area for social gatherings as well as great entertainment. This enables me to stay on the property as opposed to traveling elsewhere. A Mexican styled Hotel located conveniently near restaurants and right on the beach. Walmart as well as the town of San Jose del Cabo are about 20 minutes walk each. Worth walking into San Jose del Cabo as all things Mexican are located there. Lots of inexpensive restaurants as well.

The pool bar wait staff was great. Our rooms were not ready when we arrived. We reserved rooms with 2 beds and got a king. Had to stay one night in the king room and then move the next day to a double room. We had to check out of our room at 11:00 and couldn’t get the correct room until 2:30pm. Food was terrible in every restaurant.

Guillermo was fantastic delivering drinks to the adult pool. Marco Polo restaurant was great food. Not a lot of variety at the buffet, but good deserts. Great location, very safe to walk into town
