Summary:
This Modern Villa is located in Urbanisation La Herrada In Los Montesinos, with a paved garden and private pool, An ideal place to spend the day, relaxing by the pool.

The Space:
You enter the property on the ground floor and to the left, you have the large open-plan living/dining room with an American kitchen. The living room has a comfortable leather sofa, 65-inch television with Xbox, and a 4-person dining table. The American kitchen is fully equipped and also has a breakfast bar and 3 bar stools for extra seating. To the side of the kitchen, there is a utility room and washing machine.
To the right of the main living space, you have the Master bedroom. That has a double bed, wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also an independent toilet beside the stairs.
As you proceed upstairs to the second level, the twin bedroom is to the right of the stairs and in front is the double bedroom with a Jack and Jill bathroom attached. You can also access said bathroom via a door to the left of the staircase. There is also a roof terrace where you can escape with a glass of wine from the rest of the family.
There is air-conditioning throughout the property.

La Herrada villa
A great property with all the amenities we needed. The open plan kitchen and lounge was fab and the fitting out in general was extremely good. We loved the pool and was bigger than we thought. We did need to wash all the patio areas down but it was not a big issue. However the neighbours did not want us there and they seemed to creep around in silence. We were not loud and played our music at a respectful level as after all we were on holiday, but we knew they had issues with us being there. However it will not out us off from renting the property again. Great place.

Hemos estado muy a gusto con todas las comodidades. Zona muy tranquila con un supermercado cerca a 5 min a pie. La piscina es ideal y la casa genial. Para repetir!

Schöne Lage und sehr gute Aufteilung
Generell ist das Haus sehr gut geschnitten und aufgeteilt. Auch der Außenbereich ist großzügig. Obwohl im Inserat nicht aufgeführt gab es Sonnenliegen, eine Kaffeemaschine, etc. Anscheinend war das Haus mehrere Wochen nicht vermietet und wohl direkt nach der letzten Vermietung gereinigt worden. Daher war es bei unserer Ankunft nicht wirklich sauber. Nach dem wir dann selbst geputzt und Ordnung gemacht haben, fühlten wir uns für den Rest des Urlaubs sehr, sehr wohl! Amy von James HOLIDAYS war super erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, Danke Amy! Tipp an den Besitzer: Einfach mal „entrümpeln“ und kaputtes/dreckiges Mobiliar entsorgen. Das Haus an sich ist nämlich sehr schön.
