Yatesville Lake Cabin - Marina

Cozy cabin with full walkout basement only 1.2 miles to Yatesville Lake Marina. The Marina area of Yatesville Lake is usually the primary location for fishing tournaments. conveniently located only 3 miles to intersection of Louisa on US 23. 5 miles from shopping center where several businesses are located including Walmart. Private location with limited close neighbors. This definitely is a fisherman's and hunters' getaway. This cabin has everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Plenty of parking for both vehicles and boats!
I do accommodate and discount for 30 day stays with professionals staying in area for work.
Take in the walking trails only 1 mile from cabin where you just might glimpse a bald eagle and deer grazing. There is a bald eagles nest only 12 miles on US 23 located in Kise Ky.
The cabin has a loft with a half bath - full size bed (bedroom 1)
on the main floor there is another bedroom with queen size bed and full bath across the hallway (bedroom 2)
Walkout basement has 2 twin beds, futon couch, and TV. I am not listing this as a separate bedroom. Basement is completely remodeled. There is a full bath located on this level. This is a walkout basement with its own access to outside/patio. The washer and dryer is located on this level as well. there are 2 TVs in the cabin though not pictured.

If you are a couple only and 1 bedroom only will be used, you will qualify for a reduced housekeeping fee. I base cleaning rates on a full house. After you leave and housekeeping determines checkout rules were followed, you will get a reduced rate back on your stay.

The property is very nice but was not entirely clean. There was a huge sticky mess in the floor of one of the bedrooms. A lot of the dishes and towels were visibly dirty and had to be washed before use. The outdoor area could also use a little maintenance. But overall we had a great time and really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was located perfectly for family event. Nicely decorated and appointed. Our only negative was a very low supply of towels for our group of 6. Luckily we packed extra towels

Me and my husband enjoyed staying here. We loved the overall cabin and that it was close to the lake. When we had a problem the owner was very quick at getting someone to come out to assist us. The mattresses were a little hard but nothing we couldn’t deal with. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Getaway

RELAXING

This was the second time we stayed at this cabin. My husband loves to fish. The lake was right up the road. I would sit out back and watch the deer's eat. Lisa is a great person to work with. She would answer all my questions and was nice to me like she knew me all my life. I can see a trip back in are further.

Good location for our needs

The cabin was clean, and well equipped for what we needed. Good WiFi and cell service, and good TV access. Near Yatesville marina and not far from gas and grocery needs. Ample sleeping for 6, although we had only 2. It’s private on the road, and back deck had nice view of trees, butterflies and the sound of tree frogs ! Being from Eastern Ky, I’m not intimidated by small winding roads/ it’s a part of the Appalachian backroads! I’d stay here again!

RELAXING

We went to go fishing for the week at Yatesville lake. The lake was only a mile and half away. I sat on the back deck in the morning watched the deer's and the cows something I don't see at home. If your wanting to get away and relax this is the place for it.
