After Check-in I was not given the room that I had paid for so we had to go back and request the room that we did pay for.
I specifically got your room. That was supposed to have a rolling shower for my son. That is great in a wheelchair. The bathroom was very large, which was nice. The only problem being is they crammed everything into one corner where the shower and sink are. So there's absolutely no room for maneuverability to get the chair, get him out of the chair and whatnot the sink is very badly misplaced, also, all of the doors are extremely heavy and difficult to open. So if you were someone with a handicap, trying to open them, your cells and maneuver into the room, it would be an absolute not able to do, they are so happy and they close on you so quickly.
Second thing that I found upsetting was that we were not offered fresh linens on our second day of our stay. No one came to retrieve any garbage, so that was a little upsetting.
The staff were very friendly and I did not voice my concerns to them because it was during my stay and I did not want any issues. I just will not be staying with with this hotel.In the future.
