Staff were all warm, welcoming and kind. The shuttle service was extremely helpful and breakfast was varied and enjoyable. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Could have used a clock.

We didn’t get the room/bed we reserved due to renovations which should have been disclosed at the time of the reservation. Several people behind us ended up not having a room at all, and staff seemed to just not care. I believe her name was Charleen. That being said the room/bed we did end up with was clean and comfortable. We did have enough pillows.

The area around the hotel was sketchy. Hotel towels had hair on them. I spilled water on the bathroom floor, & went to go wipe it up. After wiping up the water, the towel I had used had turned black. It appears the tile floors don’t get mopped. Makes you wonder what else isn’t being cleaned properly?

The front desk staff was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. We were greeted with a smile and welcomed with complementary drinks and snacks. The place was very clean and I would recommend this property.
