Louisville stay
First time won't be the last. We were here at the recommendation of friends, and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very quiet. We needed a later checkout time and it was not a problem at all. Interesting art was a plus!

It was amazing. Hotel is so well decorated and the staff very knowledgeable and friendly, especially Linda! Room was so comfortable m. Restaurant was great. Ended up eating all our meals there. We will definitely stay at The Grady again!

Hotel could do more for staff comfort
Beautiful interior, comfortable room, like many places staffing was limited. Nice welcome, felt bad for front desk team / no desk just a small kiosk without room for guests to sign docs, only a small table acrosd ftom kiosk. and terribly uncomfortable looking backless high stool for staff to sit on. They didn’t complain so Im complaining for them. Function does not have to be compromised for form. No one at valet, waited 25 min for my car - again, with no other customers waiting.
