Paper thin walls heard the next room all night and got to our room after checking in and the batteries for the remote were missing and took 10 minutes for the person at the front desk to find a replacement.

Very eclectic very modern no phones in room no microwave .got there no air conditioning in the room manager did move us to a better room. They advertised pool , but is rented out for parties, which is not a good atmosphere for hotel guests. Did not advertise the pool would be occupied by the public.

I had a wonderful stay at the Myriad for two nights & highly recommend it! It’s in a great location at the top of the Highlands, close to NuLu & downtown. The staff were excellent. The property has lots of places to chill out or work if you need to, including the pool. My room was quiet, clean, & had everything I needed, even a cute mini fridge! I had no problem finding parking in the hotel lot behind the building. There are tons of restaurants, bars & cafes within walking distance, but you can also eat at Paseo & make coffee in your room or get espresso drinks at Switchboard.

I love staying at this property however my last experience was not good. My room was dirty at checkin in and was not cleaned until the next day. I was relaxing at the pool and I was asked to leave because someone had a reservation. Not a hotel guest. The pool attendant could have easily put the reservation sign on other chairs.

Would’ve been pretty solid, but the air conditioning isn’t up to speed. Turned it to 62 hoping and praying, but had to sleep with it being 76 all night. Wasn’t easy.

horrible experience, paid insane amt for derby weekend for a room that had nothing working, starting with remote for the tv, but thats not it, the worst is that both me and my husband had very bad allergic reactions while in the room and could not figure out what it was until we saw exposed insulation just flying down in small pieces on our bed while sleeping and management said pretty much " while we are sympathetic to your experience we have no cannot directly connect any of the materials used to your illness."

Area is nice and convenient but still downtown so just be careful. Pool was cool and had a DJ and bar. Nice interior everything, industrial minimalist. Road noise was kind of loud, should've brought earplugs.
