Booked a stay here to celebrate my husbands Birthday. The hotel was extremely clean , beautiful decorated . There is a lift which was a bonus as my husband has a disability and finds stairs difficult . Our bedroom and bathroom were vey roomy . Breakfast was great .

What a perfect hotel - stunning view, super clean, the friendliest of owners, peaceful nights sleep. Being able to see the sea whilst being in bed is luxury. We’ll be back very soon.

Lovely big bedroom with comfortable bed. Our hosts were friendly. A wide choice of breakfast items. The hotel is very conveniently situated for the seafront and South Lowestoft. Parking was easy and free on the street outside However the weather was poor so if more people were at the beach it might have been more difficult. The carpark is tight opposite though and only £4 for the whole day. Our one criticism would be - no shelf in the shower for toiletries. A very pleasant stay.

Nice weekend in Lowestoft.
We stayed for 2 nights arriving on the Friday and leaving on the Sunday morning. The weather was great which meant we could relax outside. The main purpose was to attend a school reunion and also to have dinner with old friends.

Nice hotel, would use again.
Nice boutique hotel with friendly staff, modern bathroom, comfy bed, clean and tidy. Single glazed sash wondows do not reduce much of the external noise.
