Situated in a leafy area of old mansions , it is a 10 minute walk to the old city(40 minutes to the train station). Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is one of the best cold breakfasts I’ve encountered. The noise from the road will bother some, but the hosts are obviously aware as they provide ear plugs at each bedside

The area was nice and close to the walled town. The room was super spacious and clean and the staff were extremely warm and welcoming. The only tricky part is the parking if there are more than 3 cars. All in all, would definitely stay again.

WOW! this hotel really love its guests. Great location 10 min walk from the amazing old town of Lucca. Princesses themed hotel ( my wife loved it), very friendly staff. Very good breakfast.

This property was perfect for our family, we were in room 6. The location is good, just a short walk outside the walled city. This is an example of a property owner and staff that really care about the property and guests. Yes there are some areas that are worn but the attention to detail with the cleaning and facility provision was spot on. Out of hours check in was very easy. My family really liked the styling of the room & the Disney theming in the breakfast area. Each guest was provided with a bundle of towels and the children loved the sweets! The breakfast was very good, a reasonable continental selection and the coffee was lovely. The staff at breakfast and the cleaner were very polite. We stayed at 4 properties in Italy during this trip and this was our favourite. Well done!

Our host Martina takes pride in making the rooms beautiful especially for a Disney princess lover. Sabrina prepared an amazing breakfast with cheerful and friendly service. It is a wonderful place to stay!

Fabulous place!
The building was beautifully refurbished, rooms were comfortable and very clean. They had nice towels, glass cups, a selection of teas and clean electric teapot. There was even a makeup mirror with a good hair dryer. The parking space was the cherry on the cake. Sabrina, the nice lady at the front desk, was beyond wonderful and helpful all the time. The buffet breakfast was delicious, great cappuccinos. It was a fantastic experience! We traveled with our three teenagers, and they loved it. We’ll be back! Thank you!

The decor (room #1) was very romantic with a lovely balcony. The only negative was our bathtub could not be filled with more than about 3 inches of water before it drained out so the jets could not work. We loved our delicious breakfast and conversing with our charming, friendly hostess Patrizia. We had a wonderful stay in Lucca. This property was a great value!

Only in LUCCA for 2 days but location of property was convenient to walking to Historic Center in Lacca and to local restaurants. Gusto Mea was a wonderful place for dinner.
