I booked a standard room, the one we got for first 2 nights were not good because it was behind the elevator, then I told the front desk, they changed for us much better room without charge extra, they try to accommodate and make us happy, very nice staffs. Thank you

Three of us shared a room with 2 twins and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was in the first half of the room but had no lighting in it so couldn't read at night. There was only 1 desk chair to sit on so no getting comfortable. The staff were great and helpful.

Great location and room in Lucerne
Stayed here solo when I extended a group travel tour. This location is extremely accessible to old town, restaurants, shops, and a grocery store. Check-in was quick and there’s two elevators to get you room. I think I was upgraded to a balcony room. Bed, space, bathroom were all great. And good pillows!! If you’ve stayed around Europe you know how rare good pillows are. I would recommend this location.

Helpful staff. Small room but very clean and sufficient for our needs. Excellent restaurant round the corner and 2 minutes walk from the promenade along the lakeside.

Hotel is run down. Our room has a moldy smell especially in the bathroom. Had to keep all windows open during the night. The location is convenient to nearby tourist spots and train station.

Overpriced for a 3 star hotel as hotel was run down and looking tired. Room faced an office building and had no sheets for privacy, towels old, bed outdated, shower stall vey small with high ledge and small opening, carpets in corridors has stains and needed replacing. Also very noisy neighbourhood! At best only worth $100-120 per night!

The room we booked online had a different view and picture. When we booked ourselves in, we were given a room on the 3rd floor while my brother's family was given a room on the 4th floor. The rooms were very different even though we booked the same type of room. The room on the third floor had dirty carpet and hardly any space. When I complained, I was told that all other rooms were sold out. I was going to stay at a different hotel the next day and was then given a room on the 5th floor which was more updated so I did not change the hotel. Look at the attached picture of the carpet from the 3rd floor. It was extremely dirty and sticky. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone
