Fully restored in a charming, rustic, ‘Quercy’ style that is typical of the Lot region, the old stone barn boasts many original 19th century period features. It is tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished including all modern amenities.
The spacious interior is light, modern and well equipped. The front door of the property leads into an open plan kitchen area containing the kitchen and dining room, which further leads into a vast open-plan living area with a comfortable sofa around an old stone fireplace. The French doors lead onto the patio & garden on both sides of the house. The property comprises 3 spacious bedrooms and en suite bathrooms; one is located on the ground floor with large bay windows leading into the garden, while the other two bedrooms are situated on the first floor.
Outside the house, a large lawn extends to a lovely terrace and a covered BBQ area, where one can enjoy outdoor meals under a big lime-tree. Beyond the garden is a path that takes you to the outdoor pool with patio and deck chairs and a gorgeous view of woods and meadows.

The house is conveniently located near Limogne-en-Quercy (3km), a local village where you can find all local amenities including supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy etc, and is also within easy drive from the renowned and beautiful medieval village of Saint-Cirq-Lapopie.
