This well located charming house is situated in the heart of the nature reserve. It is ideal for people looking for a peaceful retreat with beautiful nature and luxury accommodation. Around the house you can enjoy uninterrupted views of the surrounding valley and mountains. Complete relaxation and privacy for your ideal holiday. Hiking and cycling enthusiasts will also be very happy at this location with a variety of beautiful trails throughout the area. The house offers a fully equipped kitchen and a beautifully decorated spacious dining and living area. The open-plan living room has a lovely fireplace and satellite TV. There are also two bedrooms. One double and one twin room. You can also use the sofa bed in the living room if you need extra beds. A baby cot and high chair are available. The house is fully air-conditioned and offers broadband WLAN.

Outside there is a large pool and 4 high quality sun loungers, a beautifully manicured garden with some furniture and a covered dining area with a rustic fireplace for al fresco dining. There is also a rustic taverna in the basement.

This villa is the last house in a small authentic village called Brest pod Uckom. It is located in a protected nature park with beautiful nature all around and uninterrupted views of the valley and the surrounding mountains. You will enjoy the peace and privacy. It is ideal for cycling and hiking on marked cycling and hiking trails. The Istrian beaches of the east coast are a short drive away as is the entire Istrian peninsula with its excellent road system. The nearest town is Rijeka.
