Our stay at the GW this time was pretty good. The hotel is a great stop on our travels and we look forward to it every time. This time, I opted for the Junior Suite since we had had a stressful trip thus far. The room itself was great, the bed was comfortable and the room service was timely. The fireplace worked great on the cold night. The only part that I was not satisfied with was the shower. The handle was very loose, and I felt like I was going to break it. I hope this gets fixed, because I would really like to book the Junior Suite again.

Rooms are very spacious and nice. Amenities are good and staff very friendly/helpful. My only issue really was with the loudness. There was constant door slamming at night and early morning which may have been a result of who ended up being my neighbors but it was hard to relax. Room service was okay but wish there were other options for dinner besides pizza. Overall a nice hotel.

What an amazing experience staying in this historic hotel! The entire place was immaculately clean and the service was excellent. This was a birthday trip for my brother and he had a great time.

Very nice place to stay. Walking distance to restaurants. Clean rooms and staff is very nice. Snow storm when I was there but you have the option to park in the parking garage and no snow to clean off of you car.

Wonderful people!

The staff was great, I got stuck because of a snowstorm, so I ended up staying a second night. The setup of the room could have been better - the four poster bed was awesome, but one of the posts blocked the tv and the furniture all blocked the windows so it was hard to see outside to see the beautiful snow. I upgraded to the jacuzzi suite and that was amazing. The bed is one of the most comfortable I have stayed in. I’d definitely stay here again.
