On three occasions I told three different people at the front desk that the AC wasn’t working properly. The first day was a bank holiday, so I thought “whatever.” The second day, someone came, attempted to fix it, to no avail. I let them know again. This time, for the last day and a half, they didn’t even send someone else. The front desk staff were all kind, they just didn’t care to help (or the maintenance team; I don’t know which). The room was very humid and the housekeeper gave me a light sheet (vs the duvet) because she knew how hot it was.
