Peppertree Farm Stay has undergone a recent renovation to ensure that your stay, accommodating for up to six people, is nothing short of homely and indulgent. Set on a beautiful sprawling 200-acre title, which was developed post World War II, this retreat boasts three bedrooms and is in the midst of the countryside. As part of your stay, you’ll have the unique opportunity to collect your own fresh organic eggs for breakfast from the five-star chook house located within the garden’s boundaries. This family-run farm, with its cows descending from those first purchased in 1965 in Queensland and now grazing the lush pastures of King Island, offers personal farm tours where you can hear firsthand of their breeding, re-location, organic and our generational family farming journey. · Fully self-contained. · Kitchen with gas stove top & electric oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, air fryer and all kitchen staples. · Semi stocked pantry · Tank water with UV-filtered tap in the kitchen. · Laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer, iron & ironing board with both indoor and outdoor cloths lines. · Two bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner, soap, hand/body wash and hair dryer provided. · Quality bedding with all linen and towels provided. · Wood heater and underfloor heating within tiled areas. · Games room with eight-ball billiard table. · Large TV, books and games. · Large deck, fire pit and weber barbeque. · Fishing rods and boogie boards are available for guests use. · Fire extinguisher, fire blanket and first aid kit provided for your safety.
