Found a new and great home away from home!
This La Quinta hotel was amazing. Our king room was very clean, attractive, comfortable, had a great TV, fridg, iron and board, microwave, and hair dryer. The water was hot. Shower pressure was sufficient but would've been better if the energy saver plug was removed. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful, the breakfast was great, public areas were beautiful and comfortable. We will be happy to stay here whenever we come to Lynchburg. I wholeheartedly give this lodging a FIVE.

Nice room. Great staff. Breakfast was good. Rooms could use better soundproofing, any noise in the hall (voices) can be heard easily in the room. Cleaning staff left wet towels on the floor.

Let me start by saying this is not our first time visiting this hotel. We loved going there for a quick getaway. I didn’t get the bottom floor room we asked for. The first room they gave us was assigned to someone else. The second room had spiders ants and stink bugs. We went and brought bug spray as no other rooms were available. The bathroom towel were dirty and the bathroom was super small. I don’t think we will be returning.

This hotel is horrible. As soon as I checked into my room it had smelled like cigarette smoke. I called the front desk asking for someone to come up and spray the room and clean it again. I left and came back to it still smelling like smoke. Nobody came and sprayed, I asked again and again, and the staff just was putting me off. I would not recommend this hotel.

Staff was rude and not attentive. The breakfast barr was nasty and the food was horrible. The caulking needs to be done in the bathroom. The air condition had hair inside of it and the bed sheets had many stains. Never answer the front desk phone at all.

Nope nope nope
Not clean, did not feel comfortable sleeping there. Unclean and there was a lot of dust and debris around headboard and bed. Bathroom was ugly gray with paint scraped and chipped, felt like a prison. Front of staff was locked out of computer for 2hrs unable to cancel next night's stay and he said hes been trying to call the manager for 2hrs but she would not answer. Felt gross there. Outside the hotel in drop off area there was a bottle of Don Julio tequila left out.

The staff was super friendly but the bathroom is small and the walls and the doors were dirty. There was something brown that looked like it had splattered on the wall near the trash can and the doors.

Everything at this hotel was amazing, especially for such a short stay. We were only there a night but it felt like a weekend vacation. Joanne who did the food service was wonderful a beautiful sprit to meet early in the morning and so helpful.
