The front desk guy moved us to the other room which is less torn up like the other one. Also I feel safe here at this hotel than being at my family’s house.

Our room was clean and neat. Everything worked. The front desk staff was courteous and friendly. I noticed the hallways and elevator were rather dirty, though. This hotel is near my daughter's home so we stay there frequently. It has been much improved from what it was in the past, when people congregated outside, smoking and drinking. It was an eyesore back then. Now it is like any other Comfort Inn. The biggest drawback we encountered was the Knights hockey team from NC checked in and boys were running up and down the hall, slamming doors, trading rooms. That's always a sign that it's going to be a late night. Parents and coaches: please teach your kids/players to be considerate of other guests and respect the quiet hours.

Simply the best
My husband and I stayed here for our weekly getaway. This is by far the best property that we've been to. Exemplary customer service. The rooms looked exactly as they appear in the pictures. Amenities in each room where clean and worked great. My favorite feature was the 24 hour store. This is definitely going to be our go to spot.

I left a message for the beds to be unmade so that I could check the mattresses and that was not done. Two sets of sheets had hair on them and the sofa chair had stains on it. The bath tub has pubic hair in the drain.
