Lost power Friday evening and CPap machine couldnt be used. A room change was offered at 3 am. But, would be very disruptive at that time. Power resumed at 5 am. Next day when we inquired about the situation was not addressed by staff. No apologize or room compensation offered.

It was fine. The breakfast was very good. The night clerk was efficient and wide awake at 11pm LOL. Only negative was that there should have been a heavier blanket on the bed in January. We would def stay here again.

Room very noisy, heat coming on. Toilet flush extremely loud(sounded like an explosion). Shower/tub floor very slippery. Parking lot icy several almost fell, man sprinkling ice melt on other side from us, actually the furthest from front door.

No one told me there are free breakfast. When the coffee at the lobby was out, I asked the front desk, they just ignore me or said he will go get some more, but when I returned to the front desk, they just hide the coffee pots behind the counter. The heater was not working very well, I turn it on at 75 degrees, but I still felt cold. Me and my wife both caught cold

The room was big but it didn’t have a smart tv so we weren’t able to stream Netflix. The floor was very loud with kids running up and down the hallway and banging on the doors. The hotel did have a nice hot breakfast.

I have stayed at this hotel several times abs previously received very good services. I selected to stay there while in town for Christmas thinking the hotel would be decorated and busy for the holiday. There was no holiday decorations , spirit and I was left to feel u comfortable at the hotel. It was incredibly disappointing.

The whole hotel is great!!! From check-in to check-out it’s always a really nice experience! The rooms and the amenities are really nice, well-maintained, and very clean. The staff was very courteous, friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to take care of you. Hotel decor was beautiful and elegant. Lots of nice amenities. Nice places to sit, think, relax or work. The breakfast buffet was awesome! Within walking distance to other great restaurants and shops. Look forward to going there again.
