I have photos of tub not draining. Sink not draining. Stayed here twice in one week. Brought the issues up with Connie at front desk. She was dismissive and hostile to say the least. Many many issues in room 314. Stay on ground floor or ask for a room for a room that’s been renovated. Email sent to management but nothing back at this point.

When booking through Hotels.com I was not informed that I would be charged for daily parking for myself and my guest. THere was also an additional processing fee added at the hotel that I was not aware of. I thought once I paid via Hotels/.com, that was my total. I have a very limited income and 2 times now I have been surprised with fees that I struggled to pay.

Very attentive staff. Clean building, rooms and facilities. Walkable to Lynwood skytrain station. Would stay again. Stayed in the accessible bathtub suite and it would have been great if it had a proper shower head as well. It had a small rinsing head mounted halfway down that wouldn’t stay straight and was constantly falling down. Had to hold the shower head with one hand and wash with the other.

Very pleased with the atmosphere and unique layout of the property. The breakfast was AMAZING! Custom order omelet/egg station was 5 stars. The hot tub was very cloudy, and not inviting. The beds/frame was due for replacement. Overall will stay again.

Stephanie/Steph and Katrina or Helena ( semi unusual name) ?( i forgot her name, but she has blond hair) breakfast group, anyway they were very very sweet and helpful. They made our stay that much better. The one thing that was not great was the room was really really hot. Putting the temp down, did not help at all. But the breakfast ladies were outstanding!

As there was multiple teams staying on the property they had a sheriff walking the grounds inside. This is very unsettling. As the youth sporting teams certainly didn't pose a violent threat. The shower didn't drain and pull out sofa was terrible. For the price I wouldn't suggest this property.
