A Great Romantic Escape & Home Away from Home
Our accomodation in Macclesfield while we were attending a Wedding at a local winery was Absolutely FANTASTIC in all aspects. The peace & tranquillity of the beautiful countryside setting, the well appointed cottage , the quaint decor & the lovely spa on the deck was so relaxing. It couldn’t have been more perfect & our Superhost was so accommodating with a last minute change too. So, all in all, we LOVED our time in Macclesfield & we’ll definitely be back!! Thank you so much.

The Serenity!
What a beautiful place to spend a few days. So serene, quiet and reserved without being far away from anywhere! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Mirrabooka and appreciate the effort of the hosts.

Hidden gem
Peace and quiet. The serenity of the property with spectacular views is absolutely stunning. And just a 2km drive into Macclesfield town where you'll find some of the best country pubs with great food. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to unwind and forget about the rest of the world 🌎

Amazing place! So peaceful, clean, quiet and secluded. We absolutely loved every minute of this phenomenal getaway, and the food at the Three Brothers Hotel in nearby Macclesfield, was some of the best food i have ever eaten

Wonderful place to stay. Nice and quiet. Place was clean and well equiped. We were given eggs and bacon for us to cook breakfast. Good walk down by the creek. Close to Macclesfield to get dinner, recommend The Three Brothers.

Great property to get away from it all so serene but close enough to Macclesfield to enjoy dining out at the 2 hotels which were both wonderful in very different ways. Breakfast provisions were lovely but was missing condiments and Vegemite ect.

A perfect weekend getaway
The place was very clean and well put together. We enjoyed playing boardgames overlooking the fields listening to the babbling brook (and in the evening the Koalas). Close enough to Strathalbyn to pop over to check out the farmers market but far enough away that you feel away from it all. Would love to stay here again in the future 😊

Beautiful secluded hills stay
Second time to Mirabooka - it is a lovely quiet place with gorgeous trees, birds and very peaceful. Maybe could do with a salad bowl. We loved the stay - thank you.

Wonderful Get Away
We really enjoyed our stay there, the pictures don't do it justice. Was really lovely. Did not have any mobile internet reception on Vodaphone but it wasn't an issue as the scenery well made up for it. Very private and even had 2 kangaroos bounce past the balcony at one point.

We chose to stay at Mirabooka as it seemed the perfect place to relax and unwind for the weekend and we couldnt have been more right ❤️ From the warmth of the fireplace to the rocking chair on the porch overlooking the river this was more perfect than even we imagined 😊

Loved every minute. The spa and fire were absolutely what were needed to relax. Nothing beats waking up with bacon and eggs to the beautiful views as well. Only downside was that I had to leave.

Quiet paradise
Perfect getaway so peaceful, quiet and Isolated. Hotel down the road had great food. We didnt want to leave the spa, perfect for 2 people. Breakfast was great, bacon and eggs yum. Nicky was an amazing host and great with communication, will defintely go back.

nice relaxing spotseen acouple of kangaroos by the creek
generally very good could of done with some some more kindling wood for the fire place and some slightly bigger wood. Air conditioner takes awhile to heat up the building.
