Property has beautiful gardens. Kitchen isn't really a kitchen (not stocked with any plates, cups). It is a micro wave and a counter with sink but still helpful. Rooms are very spacious. Areas of property need reno. Pool and gym look great. Super close to the mall which was very handy.

Not sure if it was just with our room but all the sheets pillows and pillow covers were damp. Especially kids had tough time using it. The receptionist enquired about everything over a text message. I told the same. He sent a response saying oh, sorry. That's so weird. Not sure if that was an automated message system. Regardless I was expecting something to fix it. Overall a very average or even below average experience.

Nice selection for breakfast and staff were very polite and helpful. Close to dining options and major roadways. Pool and hot tub need to be updated, the hit tub jets did not work well. Pillows way too soft and did not provide any support.

Room was listed for 7 but only had sleeping space for 6. For the people on the pull out couch one pillow and sheet were provided. When we asked for another, we were told they only had one. Room was clean and hotel was easy to access from highway.

We came up to visit family and had a great time. The staff was friendly and courteus. The room was very clean. The only down side was the mattress on the sofa bed. Other than that, we had a great stay!

The bed was very uncomfortable, the wife and I had very sore backs and hips. Actually the worst night we had in a long time, definitely the worst at a Hampton inn.

Victor Hampton Inn
The Hotel was very accommodating to our needs. We were a large group staying with the wedding party. The manager provided us room to have an after party. The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the pool check was easy and the price was affordable.
