We really liked the room with river/Mountain View’s. The views were amazing. The room was clean and the people at the front desk were very nice and pleasant. It’s located away from the buzz of all the people so it is quiet, and right in front of the river and massive mountains. A couple of small nits I do have are that the bathroom door wouldn’t close, and the shower would fill up with water. Overall, very happy with this hotel.
Great little place with breakfast included to start off the day. And they open breastfast at 4:30A for those going to Machu Picchu on the early side.
The owner even met our group of 6 at the train to give us a personal escort to the hotel. And the location with the views and the sound of the river, was perfect!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Staff was very nice and helpful. Property is small, not too busy. Staff kept the place clean but there were a lot of flies and mosquitos inside, including at breakfast around the food.

The room itself was fine, it was a small room but comfy beds and lovely linen and pillows, huge downside is it’s right on the road used by buses taking tourists to Machu Picchu and the noise and fumes are unpleasant. The bathroom was awful, no extractor fan, bin for toilet paper didn’t have a lid and the drains smelt. On the plus side the shower had great power and lots of hot water
Worked well for our overnight stay when visiting Machu Picchu. Check-in was efficient and room was ready when we arrived. Comfortable beds. Good selection for breakfast.
The staff at Panorama B&B are truly gems. Amerigo at the front desk always had a big smile to greet us every time we saw him. He got us oriented to Aguas Calientes and made sure we had all our tickets lined up for Machu Picchu. We had a lovely chat with Juan Carlos at breakfast despite the obscenely early hour (we had 6am tickets for MP). It’s an easy walk to the bus stop and there’s an adorable park directly across the street where you can relax and enjoy the sounds of the river. This was one of our favorite stays in Peru!
We had terrible experience. Room is not clean and smelly. Shower drain was not working. There was no window mesh to protect from mosquitoes. The worst hotel experience ever.
Great B&B just down the road from the train station but far enough from the main part of the city for a quiet night. The only sound was the flow of the Urubamba River right out the window.
It's not in the center plaza area, but well worth the short walk to the hotel. Clean, super friendly staff, and excellent mattress! Sounds of the river flowing will relax you after a long day out and about.
We stayed overnight at the Panorama B&B after spending the afternoon at Macchu Picchu. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room had a beautiful window view. The room was very clean. However, upon trying to sleep at night, I did not find the pillows to be very comfortable at all and the noice from the vehicles on the road kept me up most of the night. Very unfortunate as it was a nice little spot.
