Great hotel! We had a room overlooking the river and got the best sleep in a while listening to the sound of the water with the windows open.

Dislike - Some mould in shower. Rooms may not have been attented to well as protests had caused lockdowns. Service by Carlos was great though - he let us leave bags there after checkout while we were at M Picchu.
Super nice staff and the bed was almost too comfortable to get out of!

When we got to the hotel the employee at the desk informed us our hotel room (a honeymoon suite) had been double booked and that we wouldn’t have a room, the room we had already paid for. The woman acted like this was completely acceptable. Aguas Calientes only has so many trains leaving and coming in everyday. The city also only has a few hotels. After complaining multiple times how this is unacceptable the owner came out and paid for us to have a room at another hotel. Happy that we got another room at another hotel, but definitely not the experience I was hoping for when traveling to Machu Picchu for a once in a lifetime trip.

The location is very good, 10 minute walk to the train station that comes from Ollantaytambo, or to Cusco. Restaurants and shops are within a few minute walks. Breakfast was good, and the host was nice and helpful. When we checked in, the lady host said something about the hotel was under maintenance, and she took us to the sister hotel nearby, so we cannot comment about the room. Would stay here again!
Nice one night stay before going to Machu Picchu. Staff was great. Room was clean with cozy bed and hot shower. Breakfast with good selection starts at 4:40 for early risers. Hotel let us leave our bags while at Machu Picchu and even let us change clothes and have tea to warm up after a rainy trek. Recommend.
The host and staff were very accommodating, friendly and welcoming.
who provided with a good breakfast and stored our bags while we were visiting Machu Pichu.
Thank you Constancia and your staff
Our service and check-in was amazing friendly and quick the location of the hotel was perfect for us as we were five older ladies travelling together can’t say enough about the staff and the wonderful breakfast
Room was clean.
Bed and pillows could be more comfortable.
Only stayed there 1 night and slept few hours.
Employees were very attemptive and accomodated all our requests.
Breakfast was good. Fresh queso andino, bread, yogurt, coffee and no shortage of real butter a d milk.
We stayed three nights, to arrive ahead of early morning trip to Machu Picchu and to have leisure time afterward. Hotel staff were helpful and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was the best of our trip so far and cook fixed bag lunch for Machu Picchu. Towels were ultra thick and entire hotel seemed new. No problem to store bags between check out and When train left.Great stay overall.

Convenient location. Room is not as big as it says (40 square meters). Cramped bathroom. The breakfast is okay.
