Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast had good options. Bed was too hard. They had a gym so that was a plus. The spa was under commission, which was a bummer. They did room service massage that was uncomfortable because they didn’t have a massage bed. Tran’s portion, food, drinks & excursions was a little pricey.

Awesome Resort. Disappointed they didn’t inform me about Ibeza being wiped out from typhoon odet and that they stopped the shuttle to Mall in Cebu at booking time

The staff are always great here. We love it because we are usually coming from a long haul trip and it is so easy to get checked in and start relaxing. Will always stay here.

Hotel service and infinity pool was amazing.. we were directed to club lounge access upon early check in and they have added complimentary bed without me asking, my daughter slept and rested well due to this. The 100m infinity pool was superb overlooking the sea and staff very friendly/helpful. Breakfast has plenty of options and with sea views too. Hotel is a bit dated though and beach area is limited, walking around for a stroll was a good alternative though and just swim through to the vast infinity pool. It was a relaxing and pleasant stay.
