The property is flat from the cottage to the large dock which has all day sun. Before dinner take a 5 minute stroll to the private Beach on Kaminiskeg Lake to watch the sun set. Settle into the evening around the fire, enjoy the seasonal twinkle lights spanning the entire deck and catch glimpses of the moon reflecting on the lake.
Play outside or stay cosy inside to read or enjoy some of our many boardgames and puzzles while appreciating the quiet all around.
The cottage offers a wood burning fireplace with plenty of new comfortable seating. Three bedrooms on the main floor and two bathrooms. The Primary bedroom has a new king sized bed with stunning lake views and an ensuite bathroom of your dreams with heated floors, a freestanding tub and a walk in pebble stone shower.
The kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream with spectacular lake views and an oversized island with 6 comfortable stools perfect for entertaining.
The walkout basement has easy access to the outdoors and lake. The basement living area has a large TV with a comfortable new sectional sofa for the whole group. There is an office and gym area behind barn doors that can be closed when focusing on leisure. The bunkroom has New Zealand Pine bunkbeds that are sturdy and have that cottage vibe. The second primary bedroom has stunning lake views, a comfortable new king sized bed and walkout sliding door to the lake. There is a full bathroom on this floor as well. Pool table and Bar coming soon to the basement entertaining area.
