Everything about the hotel was good it was very close to the Masjid Nabawi.The the staff was very nice and cooperative the only problem we’re the elevators.

Madina Al Munawwarah Visit
Excellent Location, within the proximity of Haram Courtyard gate 17, hotel was clean and the room was comfortable, also very close to shopping. Overall it was an amazing experience to fulfill our main purpose of visiting the Prophets Mosque and our stay couldn't have been any better.

The hotel is awesome. Everything about this hotel is positive except for one thing. This hotel does not have enough elevators, you will have to wait 5-10 minutes before successfully squeezing yourself into one of the crowded elevators. We ended up taking the stairs which was not fun after 10 floors.

The air conditioning was not working we tried to heat up the room, but even after putting at 30 deg C. The room was cold. The staff didn't respond to water bottle requests on time.

The location was great, facilities in our apartment was good. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Thanks to Hamza ! He turned my booking experience around so well done to you!. Just issue was that the lifts was next to our room and all day and all night the whirring of the lifts was not stop. Room 1408 , great room but you won’t get any sleep with the constant up and down of the lift. If it weren’t for this I would say 5 out of 5. Just leave early for others so that your. Or waiting for the lifts to get down.

Long check in time. Long wait at the elevators. Breakfast place is too crowded with sitting tables are too close To each other.Hard to pass by in between tables.Convenient location, next to Al Masjid an nabawi complex gate 16-17. Had room with nice view of the mosque complex. Many restaurants and shopping areas nearby.

Good Experience
Very convenient location, nice property but very few elevators to cater large number of guests. There were no service elevators too, and moving baggage at busy times was a challenge. Overall experience was not bad. Holly mosque view from the room was amazing.
