Staff was great, floors were disgusting, hot tub was dirty, everything just has a slight scent of cigarettes, the breakfast area was dirty and I swear I’m not lying I saw a bug crawl around the wall by the food. I don’t think they actually clean behind anything on the food bar. Would not stay here, spend the money and go to a different hotel.

Was not a bad hotel. There is no place close to eat. It Is in a business park. If you want to do anything, you will have to drive nothing is it with in walking Distance.

This is a nice and clean hotel. It's in a great location. The breakfast is your typical hotel "continental" breakfast but it's hot and tastes good. What I don't like is that they charge $2/day for use of the safe and you need to tell them to remove it at check out. I'm sure many people are unaware of this and are getting charged this without their knowledge (even though it's one of the things you initial on check in).

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the room had a musty/cigarette smell and the rooms were not cleaned or fresh towels provided during our stay. Garbage was left in the hallways by other guests for over 24 hours.

I think if the cost would have been cheaper I wouldn’t judge this stay as hard. Our bathtub had coloring that was scraped off, the grout of the floor was quite dirty. Our coffee maker didn’t work. It felt like minor upkeep and cleaning was missed. We went down to get a hot tea multiple times and the hot water was cold. The pool was nice. The arcade machines didn’t work. I put money in two of them and nothing happened. I’m not sure how hotel staff could fix this but the rooms are definitely not soundproof. The first night of our stay I got to listen to a couple arguing for a couple of hours. The hotel was fine but I do think it could be cleaner.

The price was not bad for the amount of space but serious upgrades and repairs are needed to get this place up to 4 stars. We had to move to another room because the shower was broken. Aside from that the room had an odd smell (carpet replacement should cure that), the dishes were dirty, and there was no silverware.
