The hotel was in a perfect location - near to Capitol building and State St. The hotel was so clean, the pool is so good. The hotel offers a good breakfast. It was a good stay with family.

Property was super clean and close to everything downtown. Contraction out front is a bit of a mess, but you can’t hear any of it inside. Breakfast was great.

I like the property is newer construction, with modern, spacious rooms. Parking was super convenient. The staff was professional, friendly and helpful. It was very comfortable overall. A concern for me was the limited maid service. I also did not feel comfortable that the wifi was not password protected at all. Lastly, I did expect a little more of the breakfast.

The beds are the best I've slept in, best pillows too! Our room was so cute with the couch and desk area and separate sleeping area. It felt like we were in a cute little apartment. Shower pressure was amazing too! We loved our stay!

Booked an upper level room (which costs more) and upon checkin was told the only room available was on the 4th floor. It is an 11 floor hotel and the parking garage was practically empty for the 2 nights/ 3 days we stayed. The employee I dealt with was in "training" and was not helpful in any way. You have to pay for parking in a dimly lit garage that was under construction. The hallways were also very poorly lit. Overall dark interiors. The "heated" pool was cold. There were very limited items in the hotel "marketplace" no convenience items avaliable i.e. tylonol, gatorade Would not recommend to any family or friends, but if you want them to have a subpar experience that is also overpriced then look no further.

Stayed here for a work conference. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful while I dealt with Canadian banking issues. Room facing the road was a bit noisy from traffic sometimes but the sliver of a view of the Capitol and beautiful room made up for it. Great location for walking to restaurants or to the university.

Very clean. Staff was helpful, cheerful and friendly. Breakfast was good with lots of variety and staff was on top of replenishing as needed. Only complaint-bed was so soft we sank and the pillows were too plump. These 2 issues may be individual preferences.
