Spacious country home ideal for 4 families with kids

Ideally located on the edge of the Normandy-Maine Regional Nature Park, this 18th century mansion is an idyllic setting for family getaways. Accommodating four couples with children without ever stepping on each other's toes, the house is full of convivial spaces for cooking, playing, reading, relaxing and disconnecting. With a large garden of 1,000 m², a billiard and darts area, and an XXL trampoline, it is the ideal base camp for your hikes in the middle of nature.
Large family house with 4 bedrooms equipped with double beds and two dormitories equipped with 5 single beds for the first and two double beds and two single beds for the second. The house includes a living room, a dining room that can accommodate 16 people, a large kitchen, a billiard room and a dart room. The garden is 1,000 square meters and a trampoline as well as bikes are available.
A bed linen/towel package is available for 5€/pers.
The cleaning fee is 75€ to be given to the person who will give you the keys.
The fireplaces are currently out of order and should not be lit under any circumstances.

Très bon séjour
Rien à dire, très belle et grande maison, très confortable, tout s'est bien passé. Un seul petit point négatif, le barbecue est en pierre (donc fixe) et pas abrité, nous avons donc du acheter un petit barbecue pour l'occasion étant donnée la météo ce week-end là. Un grand parasol aurait peut-être pu faire l'affaire mais nous n'en avons pas trouvé. Merci encore!

Week end entre amis
Week end prolongé entre amis avec enfants en bas ages. Le séjour s'est très bien passé et la maison était parfaitement adaptée et équipée ! Petit bémol sur la localisation du trampoline, dans la grange, d'une part difficile de surveiller les enfants pendant qu'ils sont dedans et pas de secure pour de jeunes enfants car pas mal de matériels traîne , le mettre dehors serait plus adapté.

Nous avons passé un superbe week-end à Madré. Cette maison familiale est très spacieuse et confortable. Les enfants ont trouvé tout ce qu'il fallait pour jouer en interieur comme en extérieur. Séjour très agréable, belle propriété :)
Nous sommes un groupe d'amis ayant passé un long weekend très agréable à Madré. La maison est en bon état : literie confortable, cuisine bien équipée, lave linge et lave vaisselle, jeux (billard, pétanque, etc) ainsi que deux dortoirs pratiques pour des grands groupes également. Merci pour l'accueil et la facilité d'arrivée dans les lieux :-)
