Mini bar was well stocked with water, Moet, sparkling water, sodas. There were snacks available in the room as well. We did get one giant water for free. Air con worked wonderfully. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very kind and helpful, allowing us to check in late when I messed up our train tickets.

Everything was great except that we were there on a Sunday night and the dining around the area was limited. The horrible part is that I woke up with blood around my pillow and covered in bed bug bites. (room 403) 5 days later still itching and blistering. Disgusting. Hope I didn’t bring any home with me!!

I think the hotel is good with a lot of positive features including the closeness to the metro. In my view, the hotel shouldn't include the swimming pool if this feature was not available.Moreover, the hotel staff should informed in advance information regarding the breakfast and its arrangements when you need to leave early. I paid for free fast during my stay but I left 3 days. In order words I lost my money.

Had stayed here before, asked for quiet poolside room but assigned room with view of Chamartin train tracks. Paid to upgrade to a premium room which was fine except creaky beds. Asked for refund of upgrade, which was refused. Be careful with the restaurant, the plates are very small, we were hungry after dinner and went elsewhere to finish eating. Actually there seemed to be not many restaurants near but there is a cheap cafe bar for breakfast next door.

We were delighted with our choice of this hotel for a brief stay, and especially grateful for the early check in having just come off a long international flight. Beautiful hotel, wonderful rooftop bar and a fantastic breakfast all contributed to a wonderful stay!

Great

Great hotel. In good condition with an interesting music theme. Nice relaxing pool area & also a nice flowery roof top bar. Our room was large & comfortable. Handy for the station.
