Was probably lovely when originally built / opened, but felt a little bit tired. Did the job of providing a handy overnight stop after a late arrival flight and buffet breakfast had decent variety. Absolutely fine for one night.

Far away from everything, ppl kept knocking on our door pool fill up with no seats, they have laundry room but with 1 washer, dryer broken no one can help. The day we checked out asked if we can wait for a taxi in the cafeteria was told since we’ve been checked out we are no longer guests can’t use it WTH???

Not the best customer service in the area
Check in girl at the desk very unprofessional, same situation with people working at the cafe , they were acting like they need to watch what are people eating or taking during buffet breakfast time rather than be professional customer service. We were there after we paid not for free. In general there is a very bad management at this site.

Comparing this stay with others prior 2020 there is big difference related to customer service and property conditions, desk people and some cafeteria employees very unfriendly and poor maintenance inside apartments

I actually walked to the appartments from the airport with the aid of google maps arriving at the reception with minimal Spanish speaking ability the staff were fluent in English and processed my booking and I had the keys and directions to my room in no time

Not close to airport, basically a housing project turned into a hotel, dirty sofa, very uncomfortable bed, nothing in kitchen, no public transport nearby, in an industrial area. Didn’t try food, nice staff.

Simple but roomy apart hotel within building complex with courtyard pool. Kitchenette and shower with tendency for water backstopping. Receptionist very friendly and helpful. Nice to have a Cafeteria/restaurant in the complex and large shopping malls close-by. Ideal to stay for a brief stop over, being close to the airport.
