We enjoyed the 4 nights we were in this hotel. It was very clean, room service did an outstanding job every time. People checking us in were very friendly and would politely greet us every time we went into the hotel. It’s ideal location since its on Gran Via, I was skeptical about the noise at night but that was never an issue. One thing I didn’t care for was breakfast it was just ok so we only had breakfast once in the hotel. Once you step outside of the hotel there’s countless coffee shops and restaurants so finding something treat close by it will never be an issue. Metro stations there several nearby. I would gladly stay here again next time I’m in Madrid.

The air conditioning worked well, and the breakfast was really pretty good. Lots of fresh fruit, varieties of toast and cereals, yogurt, various choices of meat (which I didn't eat), coffee, juices, etc.

Beautiful hotel in pristine condition. Very comfortable and spacious room. Excellent staff! The only negative was the outside noise coming from the frequent sirens of the police and emergency vehicles on Gran Via. To avoid this nuisance you have to keep your window closed (but the hotel soundproofing is good).
