The air conditioning worked well, and the breakfast was really pretty good. Lots of fresh fruit, varieties of toast and cereals, yogurt, various choices of meat (which I didn't eat), coffee, juices, etc.

Beautiful hotel in pristine condition. Very comfortable and spacious room. Excellent staff! The only negative was the outside noise coming from the frequent sirens of the police and emergency vehicles on Gran Via. To avoid this nuisance you have to keep your window closed (but the hotel soundproofing is good).

The hotel was located on Gran Via which is a popular ,busy street. Hotel staff was excellent. Roof top bar was wonderful.

La propiedad muy limpia muy bien servicio en el hotel un trato excelente y bellos empleados muy sociables.Lo único que no me gustó que en las noches se ponen a dormir muchas personas en la calle al frente del hotel logo nunca visto deben de reubicarlos en otras calles.pero de hay en fuera todo estuvo muy bien

The hotel was very clean and quiet. My room was a good size and it too was spotlessly clean during my entire stay. The staff were friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent, near many attractions, shopping, restaurants and neighbourhoods. It was amazing that it was so quiet given proximity to Gran Via.

Very nice boutique hotel with a great roof top terrace and bar. The breakfast is below average for the money. Would suggest eating outside the hotel. Elevators are very small. Rooms are nice but the switches are very confusing.
