Me gustó mucho el hotel, lo recomiendo y yo volveria a quedarme. Queda en un lugar muy accesible a compras, comida, actividades, puntos de interés, limpio, tranquilo. Incluye desayuno, no tiene mucha variedad, pero al menos aprovechamos a comer y hacer las actividades diarias desde temprano.

Once located in hotel could walk to all the sites. Metro close by also. Room was well appointed but there was a tight squeeze to walk around the bed in the room double bed single use. Blinds on window could not be opened so no view. Happy with location. Did not have the breakfasts. Safe and quiet. Would stay here again.

Room was ok but pillows were hard to sleep on. There were only bottles of soap/shampoo attached to wall where it was difficult to use if you wanted to wash underwear as bottles could NOT be removed from holder. They did not replace the toiletries and had to ask for tissues as only provide to small packets of 3 tissues each. Same goes for wet bar if you drank anything it was charged but not replaced unless asked for. A few of front desk workers were not very friendly. BTW what hotel has a door to street in bathroom? This was mind boggling! I would not recommend this hotel although very close to Gran Via which was only good thing!

A nice place to stay in Madrid! The location is excellent, just a couple of blocks from Gran Via, within walking distance to major attractions and Metro stations. However, a downside is the lack of individual control over the A/C system in the rooms. We were informed that the temperature is set for the entire hotel and cannot be adjusted by room. As a result, we experienced a temperature of 77°F at night.

Location close to all the main attractions. Bars and restaurants so many to choose in the area. Shops amazing. Walking distance to Real Palace. Hotel offers breakfast at a good price. Staff were lively and polite

The hotel was nice, but on the day we arrived Carmen from the reception told us that the A/C was not working that time of the year, only the heater. The first night we had to sleep with the windows opened, but the noises from the street hardly let us sleep. The next day I spoke to Luis Miguel, the hotel manager and to Antonio from the reception (both were very nice), and the manager told us that noy even the heater was working, but he installed the A/C for our room. The space on our triple room was very limited because they just added a third bed to make it a triple room. That was a shame because the hotel was very nice as well as the breakfast. Thank you Antonio and Luis Miguel for being so nice and accommodating..

It was very well situated…only 10 feet by Gran Vía. Everybody was wonderful, from Antonio to Carmen at the entrance. The only thing is that the city of Madrid Doesn’t clean around and is dirty all around the hotel. Inside the hotel clean and nice!

Hotel is in alley kinda of dark area. But it is close to Gran Via. You can walk to most major tourist areas. Metro station near by as well. Lots of places to eat. Some local and lots of American fast food. Hotel was nice and roomy. Elevators available. Beds a bit hard so had a hard time falling asleep. Staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a bit old. It is important to mention that the cleanliness of the rooms was very good however the room was old. The shower did not work properly. On the other hand, the staff was very friendly and pleasant. The location of the hotel is not the best in relation to the neighborhood, because it is not nice but it is extremely close to Gran Via where everything is and that is very valuable.
