Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Roof top bar was a fantastic way to relax on a hot day. Very conveniently located. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Madrid.

The location couldn’t be better. The breakfast was amazing. The room was nice but cramped (with a television awkwardly hanging near the bed in a way that it was impossible not to bang into it). My only other complaint was that we asked for a top sheet and never got one. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel.

Really nice hotel. The only only part that I didn’t like was at least still didn’t have the rooftop open. The room was small but functional. The restaurant was very good. Staff were really nice. I had the best massage at their spa.

The hotel was nice. We stayed in a room over looking Plaza Mayor which offered fantastic views. Pools are small so can get really crowded. Breakfast wasn’t worth the extra charge, easier to go to Starbucks or the market. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was a great bonus as 15min walk to all the sites.
