We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. It was a great location. Bed was very clean and comfortable and room was decent size. The breakfast was good. Al a carts and nicely served. We brought our family back for dinner in the hotel. The food came and it was all cold. There were six of us including two children. Chicken burger was not cooked in the middle. In fairness staff tried their best but they were understaffed. We were the only diners. One of our party requested a glass of wine three times but it never came. It was disappointing when we had invited our family and expected good service and meal The reception staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough. Especially Juanjo and Yanet

Gorgeous hotel, fabulous staff
The staff was extraordinarily helpful--I cannot compliment them enough. Fabulous location, beautiful facility. My only complaint was that the water pressure in the shower wasn't so great. After volunteering for two weeks at an albergue on the Camino, I was so excited to use the luxurious looking bathroom. It was beautiful, but the shower didn't live up to my expectations.

Great property in a very central location on Gran Vía. The rooftop bar / terrace is a great spot to have a drink with lovely views, and the rooms are well appointed. Definitely recommend.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the property itself is decent, as well as most of the staff. My experience was wholly soured by the unprofessional and downright rude behavior of the manager, Juan. Actually he ruined my day. I stay for a couple of weeks at this place during this summer. While the staff, in general, was very good trained I did not notice the same with the manager. Thanks to Cristina who offer me a solution to my request. I travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels, but I have never encountered a manager as unfit for their role as Juan. I even think that this behavior has a component of racism. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome, and unfortunately, Juan seems to have missed that memo. I would advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere unless the managemeboth guests and his staff. .

**A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Madrid!** I recently had the pleasure of staying at Vincci The Mint in the center of Madrid, and I can't recommend it highly enough! When I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Their warm smiles are from all the girls and Ivan at the front desk. The hotel's location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Madrid. Major attractions like the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, and the Prado Museum are within walking distance. The Gran Vía offers endless shopping and dining options, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. My room was spacious, I was upgraded to a suit, modern, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a day of sightseeing and working. Breakfast at the hotel was a highlight of my stay and the breakfast staff were attentive and friendly, thanks to Antonio, who always was very kind and recommended me the best for breadfast. The hotel also has a rooftop terrace with stunning views of the city. It's the perfect spot to unwind with a drink in the evening and enjoy the beautiful Madrid skyline. Unfortunately, I did not feel comfortable with the manager when he asked me to leave the rooftop in the middle of a virtual conference. But aside from this dire moment, the rest of my two-week stay was just enjoyable.
