Excellent location, very close to everything, all sorts of transportation available everywhere. I recommend this hotel to anyone. It was very clean, and the room was excellent. We chose the one with the balcony. There is some outside noise at night, but we could still sleep through the night.

good room but difficult check-in
The room was very clean and well kept the security of the building was a nice feature as well. However, the check-in process was stressful no information about having to call the company to have someone come and check us in was provided.

A hidden gem in a brilliant location.
The hotel is in a great area of town, lots of bars and restaurants. I didn’t hear any noise at night.our family room was a good size and had bunk beds the our teenagers. Lots of room, air con and a great shower. All we needed.

Great location.
You just need to know that you have to be buzzed in the first time. It’s not a fully staffed lobby hotel concept but the room was newly renovated and very nice. It was very clean and we did feel safe and in a great location.

great option near chueca.
WooHoo Hortaleza is a great choice if you want an economical option in central Madrid adjacent to Chueca. It's no frills, but very comfortable.

Well located in Madrid. Easy to get to all the tourist sites. Great shopping and food nearby. Located on the 2nd floor of an old building and when we first arrived, we had to call the reception desk to let us in.

We thought we were booking a hotel, but this is a hostel. The building was difficult to g t into as no staff were present on our arrival despite providing our arrival time. When we finally did get to our room it was fine. Nice bathroom and adequate furnishings. The hallways and steps though were not very clean, not very welcoming and very dark

Nice place to stay in the heart of Chueca
This hotel is a nice place to stay if you want to be in the heart of Chueca. The street noise may be too much for some. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although not very large. The service was excellent. Everyone we dealt with was supper nice and helpful.

The room was small, but comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The entrance is deceiving, not welcoming at all, I must say I felt a little disappointed, but all that changed, first, when I was greeted by the receptionist and the way she took care of my check-in, and then, when I entered the room. All staff members at this location were very attentive and willing to serve, very happy with their service!!!
