The staff were so friendly and always ready to help and answer our questions. The hotel was really clean and such a great location - by the port but a short walk from the city centre. We had zero complaints - will definitely be back if I'm back in Palma again!

I enjoyed the ocean view, the cleanliness of the room, the breakfast and dinner buffets the most. My mattress was a bit uncomfortable and sank in the middle so that’s my only critique. Overall a great visit!

Great area, lovley hotel with good dining, great views, food. Lots to do in the hotel and in the area. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

This is a very nice hotel with everything that you need. The pool is v nice and pool towels are provided. The hotel staff are excellent, very attentive and knowledgeable. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Popular with cyclists. The local public transport is great. Limited local restaurants but this may be due to the time of year.
