Please note this is a dog friendly property. It is the guest's responsibility to contact the property manager at Maggie Mountain Vacations as there is an additional non-refundable per pet fee, not included in the base rent. 1 dog 30 pounds and under allowed or 2 small dogs 15 pounds or less. Unauthorized pets on property will incur a $300 per pet penalty. No cats or other types of pets allowed. The Condo is a short, 5- minute walk to the Pro Shop and Pin High Bar and Grill. There is a well-lit paved parking lot leading to an elevator or stairs to access the 2nd floor condo. The condo's location makes it a perfect year-round destination for family vacations, golf group outings or ski getaways.
15 minutes away in Waynesville are Ingles and Publix grocery stores, Walmart, and various restaurants. Just a few minutes further is Main Street where there are quaint restaurants and shops.
20 minutes is the heart of Maggie Valley, Cataloochee Ski Area, Tube World (snow tubing), Wheels Through Time (historic motorcycle museum, as featured on History Channels “American Pickers”), horseback riding and golfing.
30 minutes from the condo is the Blue Ridge Parkway, Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Harrah’s Casino in Cherokee (gamble or enjoy dinner), Pisgah National Forest and several golf courses. Just west of Cherokee is Bryson City, home of the Great Smoky Mountain Railway and “Polar Express” during the Christmas Holiday.
40 minutes away is Asheville, home to the Biltmore Estate & Winery, several micro-breweries, as well as great restaurants and shopping.
45 minutes south to Hendersonville, is the Sierra Nevada Brewery (dining and Tap Room), gem mining, white water rafting and zip-lining.
1 hour and 15 minutes away is Transylvania County, home of the most waterfalls in the United States, and over 100 Antique Shops.
1 1/2-hour scenic drive to the north, through Great Smoky Mountains National Park, will land you in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, and Pigeon Forge (home of Dollywood).
