No phone in rooms. Cable service was horrible. Wi-Fi was not available. Was told to go to settings and put in a number. It did not work! Sheets were old and dirty looking ,mattress were horrible! Just very disappointed! Would never recommend this place!

Lack of Breakfast Food

The continental breakfast was not that good. Definitely, not worth the breakfast. The hotel workers were serving themselves breakfast, making plates of food and taking them with them. There was not even enough food for the guests and the breakfast food was not being replenished to make sure there was enough food for the guests.

The only negative was the continental breakfast, the hotel workers were serving themselves from the guests food and there was not enough food for guests nor did they replenish the food to make sure all the guests had breakfast.

Always a good experience

The front desk: Sam is great! The hotel: Plus: quiet, spacious rooms, hot tub in rooms are a plus. Cons: linen and towels are in need to renovate. Breakfast isn't something you will crave for. Keep smokers away from the entrance door. Get couple of new luggage karts. Overall: I recommend this hotel, as I stay at this hotel and like the accommodations it offers.

Staff was reluctant, but in the end always very helpful. Breakfast was limited but OK. We stayed for 11 nights, and will gladly do so again in a week for 6 nights. Ignore the horribly negative reviews on Google, they are patiently UNTRUE and bogus.
