The room was spotless, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job. However, the front desk staff could be more professional in assisting guests. I received a booking cancellation email on the day of my arrival, and my room was not confirmed until I made the payment, despite selecting the “pay at property” option. Additionally, there was no welcoming or warm holiday atmosphere upon check-in.

I keep going back to this hotel because it’s really clean!!! Just so clean and I love that. Also, the workers are extremely courteous! In this day and age where courtesy is not as common as it was, I am truly grateful for this. We have stayed in 3 types of rooms (and seen another while family members were staying), they were all very clean and nice. Another pro is that there is always someone to talk to if you need anything. I appreciate the ‘little things’ that they pay attention to and I have advised a few people to stay here. I stayed in another hotel once and I came back here. All in all, this hotel is amazing! Oh, the pool is also just right! Not too hot and not too cold. And there is a jacuzzi! All in all a great place to stay!!
