The rooms were not at all as pictured in their ad. They were not cleaned--the bed was made, but the sheets had not been changed when I pulled back the covers, it was obvious it had been slept in; the pillowcases and sheets had black hair on them and some type of nasty fluid stain on them. There was also some kind of greasy fluid on the nightstand. There was days old food trash in the trashcan, and food stains on the carpet which had obviously not been vacuumed. I spoke to the front desk and she cut me off and made tried to make excuses. She offered me another room--same issues. In addition, the parking spaces outside of our outside entrance room were blocked off because the Hollywood actor Ben Stiller was filming a movie there in the morning and that because of that, we couldn't park in front of our room. Instead, at 10 pm in 15 degree temperatures, my teen daughter and I had to cart all of our luggage from "designated parking" located almost the length of a football field behind their second building! I found a parking space that was open four spots away from my room, so I parked there. At 6:30 in the morning a black man comes knocking on my door asking me to move my car because they were getting ready to shoot the movie! The hotel should not have sold rooms to the public in this case. This was the worst experience of my life when it comes to accommodations. The place is a dive and definitely not worth the $100 they scammed me for!

I had stayed here 8 years ago and it seems like nothing had been updated or fixed since then. The carpeting was thin and coming up. The doorframe was peeling.

It gave us two good nights of sleep for how low the price was, the bed was clean, didn’t have any smell and the bathroom was clean properly, again for the price you can’t ask for more but it did also come with free breakfast and the staff were nice. There’s a few vending machine around the building for drinks or there’s also some good food places walking distance.

This hotel was very disappointing. Upon check in the customer ahead of us complained of mice in his room. Then the front desk employee did not even say hi or make eye contact but simply asked “checking in?” It went downhill from there. The room was poorly appointed with worn furnishings, no working AC making the room extremely stuffy, and 3 of the 5 dingy lights out of service. We found long hairs on the duvet cover. The bed itself was appallingly saggy. I’ve slept on half inflated air beds that provided more support. At well over $100 a night this was a terrible value. The ambiance suggested a $49 dollar price point. Many other comparably priced hotels in the area that take pride in their lodging. Highlight was the nice buffet breakfast the next morning to fuel our poorly rested and disgusted selves.

The room was outdated. However, the heater and hot water were great! It was almost below 0 weather during our stay. The staff was excellent front desk was outstanding very hospitable and the breakfast buffet included was great real food.

The rooms smelled, like a nursing home. Faintly urine, mostly chemical cleaner. We had two rooms. Bed linnens were dingy, and pretty much just sheets. No warm blankets, so we had to crank the heat up to sleep comfortably. There was a lot of hair on the pillows and in the beds in both rooms, so it looked like they had not changed the sheets - just made the bed. We had to ask the desk for more sheets and change them outselves. All the linens looked dingy,
