WE HAD NO TV A STORM CAME THE NIGHT BEFORE WE CALLED AND ASK WAS EVERYTHING OK A D THEY SAID YES WE GOT THERE NO TELEVISION SERVICE THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND SOMEONE UP WE WENT TO GET FOOD AND NO BODY HAD STILL BEEN THERE AFTER 30 MORE MINUTES THE SERVICE GUY SAID THE STORM KNOCKED CABLE SERVE OUT AND IT WILL NOT BE FIXED TILL TOMMOROW BUT WE CAN GO ON TUBI AND PLUTO AND WATCH MOVIES, EHAT ITS SUNDAY NIGHT WE WATCH FOOTBALL! Breakfast was HORRIBLE NOT ONLY WERE WE WAITING ON PLATES AND UTENSILS BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY ONLY HAD ONE DISHWASHER WE HAD TO WAIT ABOUT 20 MINUTES FOR THEM TO MAKE WAFFLE MIX VERY DISAPPOINTED WELL THE LADY THAT MAKES THE OMELETS WAS BUSY BECAUSE THAT WAS THE BEST THING GOING BUT UNFORTUNATELY I HAD SEVERAL CHILDREN WHI WAS NOT INTERESTED

We always like to stay at our Embassy suites! We love the free breakfast in the free happy hour. It was a little far from all the restaurants and activities that we had to Uber to, but we still love staying there.

I paid got for a King and upon arrive found out I had been bumped to a double. It was very frustrating. The hotel said that corporate allowed them to oversell and that they couldn’t give me a new room till the next day. On top of that the I was in was bit clean. There were crumbs in the corners, grease stains on the leather chairs, dirt on the mirrors and the shower gel bottle was completely empty.
