Upon crossing the entrance, you will be greeted by a charming garden that anticipates the serenity that awaits you inside our house.

Our living room welcomes you with comfortable armchairs, a table perfect for your family gatherings or moments of leisure, as well as a television so you can enjoy entertainment to your liking.

The fully equipped kitchen invites you to display your culinary skills or explore the flavors of Spanish gastronomy. In addition, it offers the option of enjoying your meals in the kitchen itself or in the large space of the main room, as it has another table.

From the kitchen, you can access the second garden, an outdoor oasis that gives you the opportunity to relax after a day full of adventures.

The home has a spacious, complete bathroom, equipped with a revitalizing shower, towels and essential toiletries for your comfort.

The main room offers a double bed, a space to store your belongings and a desk that is ideal for those times when you need to stay connected or work.

In addition, we have two more rooms, each with two single beds, ensuring comfortable accommodation for four additional guests.

It is important to note that the property does not have its own parking, however, there are nearby options available to park your vehicle comfortably.

In accordance with Community rules and aiming for good coexistence between guests and neighbors, at least one member of your group must be over 25 years old to stay in this apartment.

No Smoking: Please notice that this is a strictly non-smoking apartment.
The apartment is fitted with smoke detectors.

No Parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you are coming to party, please book somewhere else.

No noise at night: No excessive noise is allowed after 21/9PM as the apartment is located in a residential building.

Late check-ins: If you arrive outside of normal hours, please note that there is a late check-in fee. If you arrive after 21/9pm the fee is 50€.

If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80€ fee will apply.

Please keep in mind that if you book last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 4:00 PM.

Passport information: It is required by law to register all people staying in any tourist accommodation by their full name, birth date, and passport number. We will therefore request you to provide us with this information before your arrival.

For stays 28 days and over the following rules apply:

1) The included monthly amount that can be spend on supplies is €150, this includes water, gas and electricity. For example, if you stay 3 months, you will have €450 to spend in the entire period. If you spend more you will have to pay the difference at the end of the contract period.
2) A deposit will be charged that is calculated based on the duration of your stay. For 1-3 months reservations the deposit is €450, for 3-6 months reservations the deposit is €800 and for 6-11 months reservations the deposit is 1 monthly rent. The deposit will be refunded 30-45 days after the stay.
3) A rental contract will have to be signed prior to arrival.
4) We require a mandatory monthly cleaning that is NOT included in the price. The cost for each monthly cleaning is €60 and will be a day of your choosing, it will last 3 hours. This is a way to ensure that our flat is kept clean and in good condition.
5) We will personally welcome you at the apartment.
