War in der Unterkunft während der Semesterferien. Das ganze Haus ist nagelneu und liegt etwas außerhalb im Unibezirk. U-Bahn, Bus, Supermarkt alles 2min zu Fuß entfernt. Zu Ferienzeiten ist die Gegend sehr ruhig. 15min Fußweg zum "Real der Feria". Das Objekt sollte nur an Studenten, Schüler und Lehrkräfte vermietet werden, Expedia bietet es aber allen an. Da gibt es noch Kommunikationsbedarf zwischen Xior und Expedia. Ich hatte dadurch aber keinerlei Probleme. Zum nächsten Besuch hätte ich gerne eine Toilettenbürste.
