Beach was beautiful. Rooms needed updated. Our biggest disappointment was the dining experience. When booking thru the concierge our reservations were cancelled within 3 hours notice via email by the restaurant manager. When brought to the attention of the concierge the explanation was they are fully booked. The restaurants in Tamarajin were very difficult to get into.

This property has the absolute best beach. Uncrowded and you can always get a beach chair under an umbrella, even in the shade. We bobbed in the waves for hours everyday. Room was nice but a bit dated. Front desk staff was awesome, some of the staff at the buffet or cleaning lobby looked very tired and unhappy. Food was ok, drinks were ok, entertainment at night could be very much improved. The bike/snorkel excursion that was included made our trip cost so worth it. Zac and Donny were the best guides and we highly recommend this tour.

Divi Aruba BEWARE Lengthy post Ok Ok Ok if you're looking for tranquility you have found paradise at Divi. Their all inclusive resort is laid back, family friendly, offering excellent service, and an amazing beach. Just bring your water shoes if you have sensitive feet. The check in process at Divi you may find is as a bit cumbersome. If you're unlike me and are on island time then it's no biggie. You'll find the concierge service helpful in reserving reservations, excursions, snd transportation. Honestly, I am going to rate the room that I was assigned to an 8/10. I say this because of the wear of furniture and chipped floor tile & paint in my room. I find that this can be an issue at any resort or hotel. What matters most to me is that there were no corners and I mean no corners cut in the cleanliness of the room and maintaining this cleanliness during my stay. I did notnhabe any issues with missing personal items but then again I kept these items with me. I have found that the staff were mostly polite and helpful. Big shout outs to Mr. David and Santa Rosa for their service during my morning breakfasts. They were both attentive and hospitible to their guest, ensuring that their needs were meet. Although, my dinners were at various resturants between Divi and Tamarijin the service was overall excellent. My only qualm with service is with the staff member at the towel hut aka the towel czar. This person was as sour as bunch of sour patch kids. My guess

Had a bad experience checking into the hotel because we were a party of 18 but other than that everything else was great! Also, if you get a taxi from the hotel make sure you don’t pay for a round-trip only pay for one-way we pay for round-trip, and the taxi driver took our money and never showed up to pick us back up

We stay at the Divi almost every time we go to Aruba. Unfortunately this time around, they “upgraded” us without giving us any formal notification and gave us a beach front room on the second floor that was far away from everything. I had put in a request back in June requesting a room accommodation through email due to my father’s handicap status and not being able to walk far and needing an elevator. While checking in, they stated they had nothing on record. We eventually settled on a pool view room where the building had an elevator. However, we still had a great trip despite this one inconvenience and hope next time there won’t be any miscommunication when we arrive.

Very nice. Everyone is polite and helpful. Only thing is they keep it updated so there is construction going on all the time. They have plenty of pools and the beach is amazing.
