These individually decorated and furnished accommodations have separate sitting areas. Pillowtop beds feature down comforters and premium bedding. As Above, great location. They have an adult pool that is great! They were making renovations to the spa, restaurant and adult pool which was not revealed upon booking. There was loud construction at the adult pool, which hampered the experience and was unfortunate.

Dining at resort is expensive, though area is in general compared to US. Very clean, beautiful hotel. Staff did everything to make our stay memorable. Would have enjoyed later pool opening times for adults than 7pm.

Beautiful property. Staff is friendly and accomodating. Resort grounds and rooms are always well maintained and clean. I stayed 5 nights my first time in Aruba and it did not disappoint. The food was great as well

Rooms were good, and clean. Location is in palm beach and food and shopping are nearby, although not opposite. Other areas were poorly planned. From the lobby, you can hardly have any view of the ocean, which is the prime reason people go to Aruba. Moreover, in front of hotel, there are too many boats, piers, etc making the ocean view clumsy. Restaurants are inconvenient, and not facing the beach. Everything needs money, may be they will charge for ocean breeze in future because in the clumsy ocean front breeze cannot come. They do not even offer a courtesy tea/coffee or cookie. Concierge did not have simple information which the towel hut person knew exactly well. Maybe the concierge was trying to discourage non-whites. In front of the hotel, ugly parking lot. All other hotels have shops opposite. From road, hotel lobby is covered with too many trees. For beach, for service, for price the hotel is not worth it. Aruba has better choices.

As picky as we are, everything was excellent. We had an amazing time and zero regrets. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the property is stunning and everyone is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel and amenities are great! Staff around the resort is helpful and provide great service but there is enhancement going on at the property, loud drilling and construction sounds start at 10am in the morning and wake you up. The hotel does not tell you at reservation or at the time of check in. When we complained the staff at reception tried to make excuses and change our room but also made us feel like it is not a big deal. The manager at check did compensate us with one night but also made us feel like he is doing us a great favor!! When the hotel is clearly at fault for misleading a guest. I would have never spent money to stay at a construction site. No matter which room u are moved to you still hear loud sounds early morning. We did tell them that a guest is supposed to be notified at reservation or atleast at check in. Hyatt did not have any notice of construction going on at property on there website. For the price you pay and to be woken up early mornings with loud sounds is not worth it.
