welcomed nicely by the gentleman who checked me in. Bartenders were courteous and kept smiling pleasant faces despite the overwhelming amount of guests waiting to be served both before and after the concert. Sad that the bar closed as early as it did. Some disappointment being that there wasn't any hand soaps, etc. left in the bathroom, despite seeing all of that on the cleaning staff cart today as were leaving the room. Had to wash hands with the shower soap in the dispenser. Plus, there were only 2 towels and 1 facecloth

Room was clean. Staff at front desk on arrival and at checkout seemed overwhelmed and discombobulated. Couldn’t find our Marriott number to add stay to our account. We arrived early about an hour before check in and girl at front desk seemed stressed out with job. Would even let us check in to wait for a room. Finally a man helped us when my husband said he has never not been allowed to at least check in upon arrival and low and behold a room was suddenly available. The staff at restaurant were very nice but think it would be nice for hotel guests to be able to get food after concerts. Empty parking lot across street is an eyesore. Ac heat system only stayed at 73 degrees. We were too warm at night.

King size bed was like sleeping on a slab of concrete. The A/C was turned down to 65, but stayed 75 in the room. Sliding balcony doors were locked and you couldn’t open to get a cool breeze.

Your website is not updated! The hotel does not have air conditioning! It was miserable! The hotel is so old, the fuses kept blowing! They only updated the main lobby! All rooms are not up to date! They were old! We was in town for my sisters funeral! It was the worst! We complained to front desk to be told , sleep with your door open! It was so hot and miserable! Terribly disappointed your website does not update hotels!

The facility is very dated and not up to Marriott standards. The parking structure gate was not working. Anyone could enter. We ordered room service and found they were out of many options ( had two salad dressing choices available- one of the menu entrees was also not available). Breakfast was good, and the person staffing breakfast service was very good.
