I live locally and was looking for a spot for weekends, accidentally booked for the wrong weekend and management was completely inflexible and wouldn't change the dates. So they lost a customer. My girl stayed, says place was clean and food wasn't bad. But they do not let you get food delivered. Place was full of kids, so not a great place for couple getaway. No peace or quiet and pool full of kids. Only would go back, if I had my kids with me, but probably never because staff/management was rude.

Staff try hard on customer service, but the property is very poorly maintaining. Broken pieces AC dripping in the bed, and in the side table molding small .very dirty rooms. Thank goodness they change my room. I couldn’t get in the pool or the hot tub. I was so scared to get fungus. Only one very thing blanket if you turn the AC ,you frost. if you turn off the AC you get a sauna and the rules about , if you stain the blanket somehow you would get charged for and you have to sign it .

We were there for 17 days. The property was excellent. The hotel staff was awesome. Couldn’t have asked for better service, from the, reception staff, cleaning staff to the food servers, they excelled at everything and went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful time. We will certainly return for another stay.

We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and the staff was always wonderful. This time however, there were new faces and they were absolutely rude who didn’t even know their own rules, the waitstaff were the only ones who were nice. There was no hot water other than a few seconds of it at a time and the WiFi was absolutely horrible which I never had issues with in the past but it was difficult to work remotely this time around. It sad as my family and I used to enjoy coming here and at one point we visited almost every weekend for a weekend getaway in Managua but we will not be returning.
