This property is located way high above the main road and the roads to reach them are so narrow that if you are traveling through a medium/small car it might be difficult for you to make it to the top. Being situated at this high altitude it's impossible to go out to take a stroll in evening also it is located far away from mall road hence you have to take cab with you. Overall don't have any issues with property except they aren't air tight rooms and hence will make it difficult for you to make it through winters and the location at which it is located.
